We accept fully responsibility and / or liability under Section 156(77). Sea Customs Act. for the above declaration, should it be proved incorrect/false. We further undertake to clarify any discrepancy / disput arising in connection with this shipment at any stage and abide by and carry out all the orders / decisions of the Customs Authorities.
